We understand that what we do is serve the community and to do that we need to be part of it. Our knowledge lies in the fact that we make connections both with the people and their stories, it gives us a different perspective when it comes to selling, helping buyers and letting homes and apartments in North Wales, Chester and Flintshire.
We personalise the experience because, that’s the way we would like to be treated. We don’t treat anyone like a number and we’re not interested in offering unrealistic valuations for the sake of trying to win your business. In January of 2025 we changed our name to Pinewood Estate Agency.
The name might have changed but we’re still the same honest, hardworking team from the inception of The Big Estate Agency.
The new name has a personal connection with our owner , Paul Pedder. Pinewood Avenue was the first street where Paul lived and he understood that when you live somewhere you do more than just live in those four walls. You build a relationship with the community, its people and stories, somewhere where your family put down your roots and somewhere to begin on that journey of home ownership.
The name, Pinewood, therefore reflects something personal and it’s that personal touch that we deliver with passion.
Staff Bios

Paul Pedder – Managing Director
Born and raised in Flintshire, Paul is passionate about communication which is something that drives his business and personal life. Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, watching his beloved LFC and when the snow conditions are right, a good ski trip.

Nicola Pedder – Head Of Lettings
Building a welcoming working environment is a priority for Nicola who heads up the lettings department. With 11 years of experience, Nicola is the longest serving member of staff dealing with solicitors and client accounting. Away from work, Nicola enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Kate Foulkes – Lettings Executive
For Kate, nothing is too much trouble and that’s something we have come to admire about her approach as our lettings executive. With a background that includes nursery nursing, Kate enjoys spending time with people and building relationships.
Sam Denton – Property Assessor
There is nothing Sam enjoys more than being out in the field and meeting people. Building strong relationships is part and parcel of the job for Sam. Sam’s background is in banking and fraud and has spent years helping people in these situations.

Delyth Kinnair – Sales Executive
Attention to detail and building great relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors, Delyth is Flintshire born and bred. With a background in travel and tourism, Delyth understands that it is people and relationships that makes everything tick.
